Barrybuilt Corporation maintains a contractor's surety bond as required by California law (Business and Professions Code §7071.6).

Barrybuilt Corporation carries general liability insurance and is fully insured. Certificates of insurance are available upon request prior to commencement of any project.

Workers' compensation coverage is maintained as required by California law for any project involving employees.

California law requires that contractors provide the following notice.

Under California law, those who improve your property and are not paid have a right to enforce a claim against your property. This is known as a mechanic's lien. If a subcontractor or material supplier employed by your contractor is not paid, that subcontractor or supplier may also have a claim against your property.
